Vendor Selection Criteria:

Indoor Add-ons

  • $25 for 110V/20A electricity to your booth. 

  • $10 to rent an 8' table (table is included with 5x10 booths)

  • $25 for 10' of pipe-and-drape at back of your booth space

Outdoor Add-ons:

  • $25 for 110V/20A electricity to your booth

Terms and conditions

Application Fee

When you submit your application, you'll be charged a $10 application fee. If you're accepted, we'll send you an invoice for your booth fee and extras, minus the $10 you've already paid. At that time, we'll also ask you to send us at least one image and a brief description of your products for your listing on our website. 

Refund Policy: We will begin promoting your products to wholesalers and online browsers as soon as you've paid your vendor fee. If you decide not to attend the expo and cancel before July 1, we'll refund 1/2 of your vendor fee. If you cancel after July 1, no refund will be given. If you either cancel or are a no-show at the expo, we'll remove your listing and link from our website vendor gallery.

We'll post your listing on our website's gallery of vendors shortly after we receive payment of your invoice. Your online listing will stay live on our website until early 2022.

If Covid still requires it in August, the entire expo can and will be held outdoors. If the expo is completely cancelled due to Covid, all vendors will be given full refunds.
